If you have a problem with your order please contact us immediately. Customer satisfaction is adorethairco.'s highest priority. If you receive a damaged product an exchange will be issued. Returns are welcomed if packages are unopened and returned in their original selling condition within 48 hrs all tags and packaging must be intact and not damaged or torn . Hair cannot be exchanged after It has been used or altered in any way. Hair must be returned in the same form the hair was shipped.
